I spoke to Sandy (David Spicers paralegal) who informed me that they need a
signed "Stipulation for Substitution of Counsel" which I have here waiting for
you to sign. They will take care of the deposition scheduled for tomorrow. The
next one is scheduled for next Thursday the 23rd and then another the following
Thursday the 30th.
