The foster-mother gig began just a few weeks ago so Grace is very intent on establishing her resourcefulness, reliability and overall parental credibility to the kid by solving tough problems. You know I'd only ask on behalf of a high-quality person. For what it's worth additional info: Grace is a very smart Brit (Cambridge, Churchill College, maths and then geography) who has worked at Google for ten years, mostly in ops-heavy projects; her husband Mark Popple is an artist who studied traditional painting and sculpture methods under my cousin Jacob Collins at Jake's NYC atelier for four years before returning to the SF Bay Area in the last year or so.
