Right now the problem is for the irs that it is unclear how to actually report your bitcoin holdings
and what they'd count as a transfer.
If the irs set forth a well defined tax code it would be a good thing.

if the irs made it a reg that as part of your tax returns you need to disclose any bitcoin
account , amount of bitcoins held. and number of transactions , would that put a pretty big
