This case involves a legal issue on which there is decisional conflict in Florida, i.e. whether the litigation privilege bars an action for malicious prosecution. There is conflict between Wolfe v. Foreman, 128 So.3d 67 (Fla. 3rd DCA 2013) and Wright v. Yurko, 446 So.2d 1162 (Fla. 5th DCA 1984) on this issue. Oral Argument will be helpful to the court to determine which of those cases to follow in this appeal.
