A 50% deposit would be required to commence work with the remainder due upon completion. All payments for work done requiring an OW number from the Lieutenant Governor's Office, will be due upon submittal of maps for filing, NOT upon assignment of OLG number. Please be advised that once the maps have been filed, the client is TOTAL 53.350.00 responsible for working with the Public Surveyor to ensure timely assignment of an OW number.
