This means that we need to makes sure we have all the issues I have pointed out addressed prior to his visit. Its good news he has taken no action on the case. The bad news is that he has now been delegated to be the EPA's enforcement officer as well, which means he will also be looking at and have jurisdiction over all the erosion control and water quality issues. What was Jeffrey's take on the suggested work items. We really need to implement these things and these are not things that should just be left for Brinsley or others on the island to take care of. This is part of the reason things have gotten so out of hand. I think we have a chance to bring this all to a close, but it is going to mean we really make sure the site is perfect, and to the greatest degree possible in compliance.
