Today I am starting work on the herb garden on the roof of 71st street We have some gear to get started but I'm heading to home depot to fill in the blanks. Off tmrw for the birthday, Thank You again. We have our second cooking class this weds. First class went well we started with eggs- omelets, over easy, scrambled, etc... and going from there. The plan is to have everyone able to cook a simple tasty breakfast by the finish of weds class. Over easy with home fries and eggs benedict if all goes well. I have received a list from Kyryna with the items we will work into the next lessons. Weds we plan on meeting at the Union Square Green Market then heading to Elis, Graces, And Lobels Butcher Shop to show what to look for when shopping. Steve Hanson and I are organizing the trip to the Hunts Point fish market. Either for Weds night or Thursday night Spoke to Karen about rain on the island. It hasn't rained there in 17 days. They are saying it hesnt been this bad in 4 years. I checked the forecast and it is due to rain starting tomorrrow night till Thursday.
