Back to apartments. I dont know whether to look at long term vs short term. Short term literally add what
seems like 40% on to the price for the exact same apartment you could get long term.
However the difficulty with long term is due to the fact that I do not have work proving that I earn four times
the amount of the rent, and no UK benefactor (the person has to own property in the UK) I would have to pay
6 months up front. What I would do with long term is only take it with a 6 month break clause, so that you
can leave after 6 months. There is also a deposit with long term which I think you get back at the end if you
haven't caused damage.
Then there is also the question of must I look for a space where_could visit because it makes it a
slightly different deal. But even if its one bedroom, I could give her my bed.
And then as always I know this is not your responsibility and you have given me the world already and I
would understand if I had to sort it myself from a financial stand point.
