"Civil War" looks to be one of the biggest blockbusters of the year, with analysts projecting an opening weekend around $200 million. (http://money.cnn.com/2016/05/06/media/captain-america-civil-war-box-office-opening-day/index.html?iid=SF_LN) Some have gone even higher with predictions of $215 million – that’s "Jurassic World" territory, a/k/a the second biggest box office opening ever. So far it has brought in a healthy $25 million on Thursday night and $316.2 million worldwide since opening overseas last week. The film, which I saw on Monday, is more than just an explosive fistfight between the two men in tights. It’s instead a critically acclaimed film (with a 92% positive score on Rotten Tomatoes) that explores the family dynamic of the Marvel heroes (all 13 of them) in a very fun way.
