There are many moving parts that need coordination and timing. If the team doesnt win, change players or the quarterback . If a player gets too many penalty flags, change them. If they are injured , they shouldnt play. There is a balance between defense and offense. droppping the ball , is rarely a good thing. ie your office !!!
