I work for an organization where decisions are made over my head all the time so if that's the case I get it, but I am really confused by this decision. has been an outstanding AUSA and has been the leader of this prosecution team. I can't tell you how many times he and I spoke to work out issues, talk strategy, etc. has been ensconced in this case for the past 2 years, participating in dozens of interviews... As always I have the highest confidence in SDNY and you don't owe me an explanation, however, I just wanted to pass along my disappointment with this decision . I believe it is unfair to who now have to bring a new prosecutor on board, and I also believe it's tremendously unfair to at this juncture in his career. For the amount of incredible hard work and hours he put into this case I really can't fathom why your office would deprive him of seeing it through. Again you don't owe me an explanation, I'm just voicing my two cents for whatever it's worth. We will always work in close partnership with SDNY no matter who is assigned the case.
