I will align the front, but I would like to have the pavilion be deeper than the stone cottages so that the roof in the middle can be taller, as in the main house. Other than that, we will have to raise the eave in the middle so that the roof can be taller. 3. The glass wall is on the rear wall. I like the frameless panels because of the openness it conveys. I will continue to research other options. ( not sure ). sliding doors max height? or should they be on the rear wall. and just build large divided windows that open . lets you adjust the air as oppsed to either all open .or all closed. As discussed, we have used the existing main house as the architectural inspiration for the pavilion. The open pavilion is flanked by two "blu bit" stone cottages on either end. The northern cottage will contain an office. The southern cottage will contain a spa. The open pavilion in the middle will have the same arches as the main house. We are also recommending the incorporation of a frameless sliding glass wall on the eastern side of the pavilion. This will allow the glass wall to be completely open when the pool is not being used, preserving the openness of the eastern view. When closed, it will be the desired windbreaker with no mullions obstructing the view. I have included a link to the recommended manufacturer with this transmission. It is Panda Window and Doors Series HSW 92 Frameless Horizontal Sliding Wall System. Their website link is: EFTA00631171 The drawings include a site plan, floor plan, and rendering.
