We propose to perform the work listed below inclusive of materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the sum of Two Hundred and Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Six Dollars ($214,586.00). The scope of work is listed below: • Construct 105 LF Retaining wall • Construct nineteen (19) Fl pier footings • Form and pour 240 LF of B1 grade beams • Form and pour 240 LF of B2 grade beams • Construct 7" thick structural slab extension • Construct nineteen (19) pier columns • Form and pour trench drains and oil pits Specifically excluded from this proposal are; (1) all excavation and backfill (2) all sea and land transportation (3) concrete testing (4) concrete pumps if needed.
