I thought it would be easier if I answered some of your non-title questions in a separate email. Feel free to follow up if I
haven't adequately addressed your concerns.
We did some research on the town website and also spoke to a resident/town employee/member of the planning board,
so we felt we were able to get a lot of information in a short amount of time.
You would definitely be allowed to hunt on the property. If you do not want others to hunt on the property, you must
post signs around the perimeter of the property to put the public on notice.
According to our conversations, there are no "out of the ordinary" plans in the vicinity that have come before the town in
recent months. In reviewing minutes of the Planning Board for the last six months, I found the most interesting issue
involved the replacement of a greenhouse with a silo. It does not appear that anything is going on Bradford that is
controversial or that might otherwise potentially impact your enjoyment of the property.
