Why should they care, how would they know they are victimized.. Can include press releases, victim resources (VS's can advise), email address and questionnaire 3) Questionnaire - list of questions, short and sweet. The less reading you have to do the better and this does not replace an interview, just allows agents tongather basic info to assess and prioritize interviews.
