Palm Beach Tower Listing— asking price 959,000 - I viewed apartment and it was in great condition. Although the apartment was only 1272 sq feet it was set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master was large enough that I can set up a desk and work from that room. The building offers NYC style living which at this point in my life is easy with a doorman, concierge, gym, full service pool with towel service in addition to a restaurant and convenience store. Although I think this apartment may not be appropriate in 5-6 years at this time we would really enjoy it with my young kids and the location being in walking distance to restaurants / supermarket / bike paths and other friends. The apartment was move in ready and I would even attempt to purchase furniture for the right price. 2.400 N Flagler Drive — apt 1206 — rental listing asking 10,000 per month or 15,000 per month seasonal — 2,251 sq feet- just received from Kerry and I believe it is in the building you mentioned to me — I did not see on my visit as it just hit the market as it was recently purchased and just renovated. Kerry will view apartment and send pictures tomorrow. This building is not on the Island but is directly across the inter coastal from Palm Beach Towers and just across the Flagler Memorial bridge. Apartment has fabulous views, pool and 2 tennis courts. I am very appreciative of your generosity and would be very happy with either option if you deem appropriate. Please advise if I should pursue option 1 and or 2 or go back to searching..
