The short answer is that this is very untrue. I did hear from Denise Luna, through conversations she had with restaurant management — that the staff was notified by the restaurant management, that last day of operations would be on or around May 5th. As you are aware, I have asked you on several occasions to see if this is confirmed. Neither of our GAM leadership team (David Chu, Abe Salam, Mark Lahood or myself) have had direct conversations with employees of the restaurant. I am the only one of the group with regular presence in the hotel. Further, the only management person I have had direct conversation, or even passing greeting with, in the last month, is Rachid Abdelouahad. As I made you aware before, there has always been tension with the restaurant operations team and our hotel management. To avoid issues and altercations, I (we) have not been communicating directly unless needed with anyone on their operations team.
