David enjoyed himself immensely with you. The first thing he said on leaving (with a laugh and a smile): "Why can't he spring for another haircut for Vickie Stodden". She did, by the way, show up at SciFoo with her new haircut, new dress, and a new body (after a diet) and wowed the boys. But she's only one dress deep. The second day didn't work at all for her. And then the dress was stolen out of her hotel room in LA. So it goes.
