Having reviewed the pleadings filed incident to these Motions and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motions, (D.E. #s 559 & 560) are DENIED. For the reasons stated in the undersigned's June 1, 2010 Order the Court finds the subject EFTA00728545 Case 9:08-cv-80119-KAM Document 570 Entered on FLSD Docket 06/25/2010 Page 2 of 2 book undeniably properly discoverable and rejects Epstein's argument that the book is non-discoverable because it contains "confidential trade secret" information. To the extent Epstein wishes to file an appeal of this Order he may do so in a separate pleading directed to the District Court. In accordance with the above and foregoing, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motions (D.E. #s 559 & 560) are DENIED.
