I can't be more clear re this. Because of all of that I decided that I will never ever ask you for any financial help/assistance. You offered your help several times and I reached out. I asked you several times for the help with apartments (three properties - Greenwich house, loft at Duane street, apt in Tribeca) as well as for the fund (to come with Yuri, to help me with a deal by deal basis (BlueTalon), to come in a fund with David and to help me fundraise from other people) and each time got NO in some form as an answer. In same cases such as BlueTalon it really hurt me - as I was stuck to move forward as I promised to people (this is what made me reach out to David and start with him). I am not blaming you. I totally understand that you had a good reason for each of these. Also I am aware that you might have other reasons why you could not help. As this is not good for me (and my self image), I decided to NEVER again ask you for any financial help. I know that if I would heard it ever again that I would not want to talk to you anymore. And I would prefer staying your friend. Also I really want people who believe in me and want to invest because they think I will make them money. Thus, I will even succeed on my own - or not. I am still trying. Just to be clear - these days are super stressful/busy for me as it seems that many things are reaching culmination. And it has been over 2 years of non-stop extreme stress. This is the sole reason why I am very quit and not reaching out. I am just trying to survive/push forward. Hope you are better!
