I can imagine a broad theory for why we'd withhold this, but the reason and I didn't mark it is because (a) the
request for the 7/23 video came from the Tartaglione team (originating from defense lawyer); and (b) I can't imagine any
scenario where we'd ever use this video. You may have seen other dots we withheld relating to the video capture, and
those documents we marked as "withhold" because they relate to video of the August 9/10 timeframe.
