I'm at my son's college graduation in seattle followed by my 10th anniversary on 6-9/6-16, and a
scheduled court hrg on 18th. If Bob can get a 1 week extension from the 12th to the 19th or anytime
thereafter I would be available and eager to argue.
In the meantime, important that there be a serious research into implications of a lack of meeting of
minds on waiver of liability and jurisdiction issue and whether it can be excised from NPA without
blowing up the agreement as a whole
