London and am currently in liaison with Shinetech, China in regards to my current business developments involving my registered business JC INNOVATIONS, that include numerous business developments of commercial products, websites, medical and research projects and businesses, which are all under a NDA with Shinetech, China and MADEC, Kadina. I have contacted Nicole Ross, Australia in 2019 in regards to funding of the projects but was rejected. - email contact. I also contacted Bill Gates, Bill Gates Foundation in regards to funding and support but did not receive a reply. I am contacting you in relation to a legal matter concerning Intellectual Property Theft conducted over a 15 year period, between the years of 2004 - 2020 - evidence supplied and a medical business development and communication tool stolen between the years of 2007 - 2011, developed as a registered client and under the aid and instructions of The Regional Development Board, Port Pine, South Australia, Michael Fetherstonhaugh and SA Medical Association, Hon Jon Hill. - Refer to letters of Involvement and Timeline of Events. This business is now owned and operated by SA Health, SA Government of whom on numerous occasions denied me funding for the projects. The communication toll, M.S.I.0 designed to work within the medical centre and in conjunction , I contacted and informed Hon Jon Hill, SA Medical Association in regards to applied funding and support, and is currently operating as MISC, owned and operated by SA Health, SA Government and won an SA Innovation award. A series of events occurred after this event as outlined in the Timeline of Events concerning the Intellectual Property Theft, which include fraudulent activity, sexual targeting, police targeting involving fraudulent activity, illegal arrests and physical assaults resulting in injury, illegal representation connected to Gemma Salvemini, Roger Kirchner involved in the applied funding, illegally obtained and released medical records without authority, falsified diagnosis's on two counts, illegally ordered mental health evaluations, illegal detainment into a mental health facility, Glenside and illegally medicated for 16 months based upon falsified diagnosis's - SACAT, Nuygen - Refer to documented evidence and also including Hon Steven Marshall MP and Vicki Chapman, Deputy of South Australia - legal advice - suggested lawyer firm - lawyer, Nuygen. I have recently discovered that the sexual targeting continued after being denied an investigation by I.C.A.C, which rely on funding by the SA Government, which involved a professor of the Adelaide University, Waite Campus and Sweden University, KTH, and connected to govemment sources and motorcycle gangs - Professor Vincent Bulone - Professor Vincent Bulone report - Psychology report on relationship stresses - sexual targeting report - screenshot report This targeting is still current and present with restricted services, email services, assistance from various sources, undelivered mail, Kathleen Zellner, US Attomey, Illinois sent by Professor Vincent Bulone from a Sweden source and constant police presence in every location when leaving my place of residence, unknown men with sexual intent following me and altered text messages on my mobile phone. I believe this activity has been targeting my life under illegal surveillance since 2004 by corrupt government sources and police sources that are also connected to motorcycle gangs. - Refer to reports and documented evidence - Business concepts written in the privacy of my home and not shared with a third party, screen shot and sexual targeting. EFTA00267867 I am requesting an urgent investigation into all of these matters concerned and reported in this information as an important and urgent matter that requires immediate attention, as the activity is still present and current and I now have another registered business JC INNOVATIONS, which current developments are under an NDA with Shinetech, China and MADEC, Kadina and publishing contracts with Austin Macauley Publishers, London and feel that this activity could once again threaten these developments, and as the police targeting and sexual targeting is still present my safety is at risk and also that of my 4 children who reside with their father in Melbourne, Victoria. I have informed the Centrelink office in Kadina and supplied this evidence of which they then placed my file under security with restricted access. I have also supplied this information to the local council chambers of Kadina, Country Times, media source, Kadina and Miles Kemp, media source, Advertiser, Adelaide. All attempts between the years of 2016 to 2020 to expose this activity to the correct authorities or media sources has been intercepted or blocked and believe that the emails that I have received from Miles Kemp are fraudulent. I have collected all documentation and details of this activity between the years of 2004 - 2020 and can supply all documentation upon your request.
