We remind you that you signed a confidentiality agreement with LSJE, LLC, which will remain in full force and effect and with which you are obligated to comply, even though your contract has been terminated. We have enclosed a check in the net amount of $600.00, for services rendered on 12/28 and 12/29/18, 2/19 through 2/22/19, and 2/25/19. The amount of 8240.00 has been deducted to repay your LSJE loan granted on 2019. You acknowledge and agree this is full and final payment of all amounts due to you from LSJE, LLC and its owners and affiliates under your contract or otherwise in connection with any and all services and materials you have provided to LSJE, LLC or otherwise on or with respect to Little St. James and Great St. James through and including the Termination Date. You agree that no further amounts are due to you for any services or materials provided by you to LSJE, LLC or otherwise on or with respect to Little St. James and Great St. James, and/or for any and all incidents, accidents and/or occurrences that may have transpired during the course of your providing such services or materials, through and including the Termination Date.
