Gary From: Darren Indyke [mailto Sent: Thu 10/1/2009 6:24 P To: Gary Kerney Subject: Fwd: Retaining Wall Detail Is this based on Caplinger's drawing and is JEE in the loop of what you propose to do here? Can you please make sure to present it to JEE with the necessary explanation of what you are doing and why and get his approval before we have Bob deJongh send it off to CZM. Make sure to include in your explanation to JEE that the rock materials will be coming from the removal of the shoreline, which will take place at the same time that we restore the cliff face and that we need to make sure he approves the wall, so Bob deJongh can submit to CZM and get go ahead before we start both the shoreline removal and cliff face restoration. Please copy me on what you send to JEE. I will be happy to look at it before you send it to JEE if you wish. Thanks. For the past couple of hours we have been unable to send from the dejonghgroup.com site. It seems that our primary ISP is experiencing some errors that translate into our having transmission difficulties. As such, I am sending the document from an alternative server. Kindly give Robert a call and send a receipt to me at this address when you retrieve the document. Thank you.
