I have never spoke with Hammond regarding $500 per day on airline fly days, when I offered $500 airline day pay to Billy
Dimarro he declined this pay, and informed lime is money, and he could earn full pay flying for others.
I was able to reach an agreement with Hammond not to pay his daily rate in exchange for GIV training, in the past we pay
Dave and Bill Hammond $1,000 per day while they are in school training in 8727 or GIV. Hammond gave us a $13,000
discount from daily pay to complete GIV class, for his appreciation of sending him to GIV class„ see attached invoice.
I spoke to other Chief Pilots to compare our practice of paying full pay for airline days,.
-Guy Mira chief pilot for Greg Norman (pro-golfer) pays $1,200 in GIV for domestic and $1,400 per day international
flights, full pay on airline days.
-Neil Young chief pilot for Lyndon Lea, pays $1,200 for GV flights, all international,
-Guy Mira who manages (pro-golfer) Adam Scott's GIV pays $1,200 per day, all days.
-Jim Posa chief pilot for Jim Clark (founder of Netscape) aircraft G550 pays $1,200 per day domestic and $1,400
international
-Gulfstream Test pilots earn $1,800 per day in GIV up to $2,500 per day for flight test profiles, (hazard pay).
We can pay what ever you decide, and doesn't matter what anyone else pays,. since Bill Hammond is exclusive for us in
B727 and GIV now, and is always available when we need his service,. if we reduce his pay to $500 airline day, it may be
a different view.
—Dave Rodgers on the other hand is our Full time / Part time paid employee that gets first right to fly any trip, and I can
understand paying him $500 per day airline rate, since he flys most trips with us.,

Larry Morrison:
Larry Morrison has voiced need for pay increase, he welcomes an opportunity as full time Flight Engineer on our 8727 as
well,
Morrison accepted his reduce pay from $30,000 to $10,000 when 8727 sat dormant for 2.5 years back in 2009. since we
are flying the 8727 on some flights, the aircraft has mechanical issues, which requires locating parts, FAA paperwork
demands regarding AD compliance and 6 month audit with FAA.
Morrison currently has 3 part time jobs. he earns $10,000 plus medical from JEGE, he earns $120,000 as director of
Maintenance on GIV N161MM with Fairwinds Aviation, and $39,000 with RSVP Jets as director of Maintenance on GIV
and Hawker 800. GIV N161MM is currently on the market for sale, but owner has unrealistic price expectation of $10M,.
With Morrison having 3 jobs, you can see the lack of support he gives JEGE and our Boeing, He provides just barley
enough for me to get by, and I find myself doing all the work as usual. I need Morrison in order to operate the Boeing, so
don't take this as a reason to dismiss Morrison.
pls advise if I should inform Bill Hammond we offer $500 a day airline pay?
