Attached is a letter OPR received from an attorney for Jean Luc Brunel, a former associate of Jeffrey Epstein, offering to
provide information including "details of obstruction of justice."
Because we understand that Brunel was associated with Epstein in connection with the matters you are investigating, we
are referring the letter to you for whatever use you deem appropriate. OPR is not responding to the letter or accepting
the offer, as it does not appear related to OPR's investigation.
