As we all know St Thomas and St John have very few skilled workers, everyone is struggling to find good reliable help. Many of the crew in all divisions have taken on other work, getting better hourly rates. We have the opportunity to invest in a good cohesive team, that have proven that they can work together, it seems a shame that we are letting that go and why wait until Sept?
