GIV training in Dallas flight safety is great.,have a awesome instructor.,
Remember you questioned on landing you feel a Decelebration when wheels contact the
runway?
You though it was breaking, and I thought it was thrust rev., actually it's both., engine spooling
down from 67% to 48% (ground idle rpm) much like a trash can lid effect.,
After flaps are extended beyond 22 degrees in ffight„flight idle is 67%, as soon as wheels spin up
and nutcracker is depressed engines return to ground idle of 48%.,
Good info, thought I would share with you.
Thx
