we have stripped a lot of the damaged drywall exposed the damage and are preparing to repair structure and
restore.
I believe the kitchenette was the only question on the program ,are you OK with what was submitted and am I
authorized to continue?

attached are some sketches of the floor plans and photo's of the managers cottage
main floor plan : requires repair of water penetrations on north and east walls and deck repairs on south and
west
the only remodel is the bath which gets Brice a shower and double vanities
basement: one plan shows the original and the other shows the proposed use as follows
the bedroom stays as is except for removing the water damaged drywall and replacing it after
leak repairs with durarock and plaster
the livingroom is the old laundry space with the drywall removed and leaks repaired and leaking jalosy
windows replaced and put back as is
the kitchenette and maids day room has some interior walls removed and had the most water
damage
most of the cost is in repairs very little on the kitchen( my guess$10,000)
as I understand the program ,the bedroom and living area are the use of a live in chef/trainer ect. and the day
room will be used by maids during the day and live in in the evening .
the budget is mostly comprised of fixing damage that has been cumulating from some improper remodeling in
years past.we havn't incovered it all yeti can elaborate further if you want.
