I found a couple you like, split up Anna an=so they can co exist and gave them realistic areas of responsibility. On top of that, I've been keeping an eye on bota and Anna's areas of responsibility and helped out where needed. Including spending all my day Saturday cleaning beaches and plucking weeds, rearranging stones for your arrival. I've never once had a chance to sit down to define my role with you.
