Initially hired as Captain of the owner's previous yacht. 'Lady Linda II' from 2000-2002, then rehired as Captain of this new build
upon launch. Efficient team management and training resulted in employee longevity with some crew members staying aboard
four to five years. Cruised 100.000 miles in five years. including five Trans-Atlantic crossings. the Saint Lawrence Seaway, the
Panama Canal, and a round trip transit through Somalian pirate waters. Implemented extensive safety plans and drills for travel
through Somalia, including creating a 'safe room' and a multi-level emergency crew action plan.

Hired as Captain of this yacht for two separate owners. The first owner hired me while the boat was named Sweet Lorraine'. In
April 1993. the boat was sold and renamed 'Hawaiian Blue Diamond'. The new owner said 'Sweet Lorraine' was the best-
maintained boat of her length that he had ever seen. As the only Captain aboard since its launch four years earlier, he
demanded that I continue with the boat. Departed after almost seven years to pursue a heavy tonnage license and world travel.
