Per Diana:
We have six works of art on loan at present
We have three Redons in Basel at the Fondation Beyeler
one Bontecou at the Menil Foundation in Houston
And 2 Klees at the Tate Modern.
In terms of requesting a copy of our contracts with the institutions, please let me run that by Leon

Subject: Art on loan to institutions
I spoke to Diana Howard
For the works of an on loan, the law firm of Withers Bergman is usually involved with the
contracts. I think the attorney who handles is Diana Wierbicki. Suzy Kim (snr project manager)
at Dietl Int'l handles the transportation of works to and from institutions. There are
approximately 60 pieces promised although at the current time there is not 60 pieces on loan.
Diana H works with Suzy and Diane W on promises and the actual transiting/loans

Each loan is individualized and have various dates and terms. In some instances, the art is insured
by policies that Jeffrey arranges with the institutions where Leon is the loss payee. In some
instances the existing Black policy covers the risk while on loan.
I asked Diana if Diane W. is best person to reach out to get all contracts and commitments. She
indicated she would ask LDB for approval
I will keep you posted.
I will work with Jeffrey Haber to get a list of policies etc for art loans. We spoke last Thurday
and will follow up today.
I will work with Diane W and Suzy K to draw up a current schedule of art not in NYC/ Bedford/
