Junk filters score messages in part by the content of the messages like "bad words"/adult content, some email providers will even filter at the server level before they deliver to the user's mailbox. She should add you to her address book to prevent mailbox level filtering (ie preventing your messages from going to her junk box). Server level filtering is harder, may require an alternative email account.
