to=screw me again. Should Trent call Mike's lawyer and ask for the 4 o= us to meet? I think Trent should tell Mike K.
(the bank's lawyer) =hat he wants to be part of settlement talks and that Mike H. has no author=ty to speak for me.
In short, I do not know how to proceed. If you have any advice, I w=uld appreciate it.

I could have sworn you sent me an email asking about the hearing bu= I can't find it anywhere. I wasn't
surprised the judge denied the =otion to dismiss this time around. My argument is better suited for a s=mmary
judgment motion at this point.
Mike Kranz did tell me that the bank was discussing settlement w/ Hardman a=d had offered him a 35%
reduction in payoff amount or short sale approval =hich he was considering. I asked him to please keep me in the loop.
More later. Sorry for not letting you know about hearing sooner.

I don't know whether I sent you an e-mail or del=ted it instead of sending. I wrote to remind you to file
for all Hardma= Development records, especially the bank statements and check register, f=om Mike. Follow up with a
call to Mark. I am worried he may destroy =he records and say he never saved them. I want to see where the $1.4
=illion went. I never signed any checks or saw any bank statements, bi=ls from our contractor, etc.

Dear Trent,
I think I know why Mike called me. I just looked =im up on Palm Beach & Citrus Co. Clerk's
websites. Stonegate Ba=k filed a Lis Pendens on the Citrus Springs property he took a mortgage on=with Roland
because they are seeking to foreclose. The Lis Pendens is f=led in both counties. My guess is the old Choice property is
worth less=than he owes on it and he is not paying any of the mortgages, so the whole=ball is unraveling.
I am faxing them to so they are avialba=e in your computer.
