My question since its apparent in the video that the FD agent also made the gesture - twice. I would like to see Nours email of a complaint as it seems Now is as engaged as Michael was. Is this complaint a malicious lie? Or did someone instruct Nour to make this complaint? 2. I would like the hotel to do further investigation regarding this. I am surprised no one even bothered to review the video to see what actually happened before having a lawyer send a non-factual email. D.
