As information from Apollo is necessary, an extension is needed. New filers are being granted extensions until August 31. As for other holdings (non- Apollo), AS Holdings is a Bermuda company and PASI LLC will file BE-10A and BE-10B. JMWT Acquisition LLP and the various non-US entities held below that entity will require a BE10A and 10B to be filed by JMWT LLC. JMWT LLC is the managing member of Phaidon Global and is the Reporting Party. I have provided extensions attached. The extension for the BRH entity (LDB as Reporting Party) was faxed in Friday. There has been some concern with the huge amount of responses to the Dept of Commerce and their ability to handle the volume of extensions. Note that I consulted Apollo's outside counsel Morgan Lewis who is very involved with Apollo's filing and who has solid understanding of the form instructions and other Dept of Commerce surveys.
