I know we can make this project work but we are both loosing time and money and neither of us is happy working like this. This is not the right way or process to design a custom home of this caliber. We need to define if you are going to trust us and let us continue developing the next stages and design this properly for you or if you prefer that we stop and terminate our agreement and move on in a different route. In any case, we need to settle the open invoices and all the accounting for the services provided so far. Please let me know your thoughts and how do you wish to proceed.
