I have confirmed an appointment for Jeffrey Epstein to see the apartment on Friday, May 3rd.
Coincidentally, the owner has a meeting with someone else from New York this coming Monday. This
person would also consider half the apartment at $3 Million or the entire apartment at $6 Million. We will
have rough drawings to show the way the apartment could be split. If one half the apartment is taken, the
owner is only willing to sell one of her three parking spaces. In any event, when you can confirm May 3rd
