Th=s is more of a log of daily events so to speak. Jan. 27.- Thursday - Pump # 5 that works the spa went down. Took Thunder (black quarter horse) to the vet with colic concerns. =AO Jan. 28 • Friday Up all night with sick horse. Took back to vet at 5 am. Jan. 29 - Saturday Steve found that Main House water meter showed usage of 13,000 gallons= Leak found outside dog pen Up all night with sick horse. Died early am. Mano buried. Feb. 1- Tuesday Pulled pump # 5 and booster pump at well 4(down). Fixed water lea= outside dog pen. (photos taken) Feb. 2 - Wednesday Encountered -15 degree temps - never above 4 degrees. Lodge water froze (heat was set at 70 degrees), Underground water vault at Ranch Central froze at the meter and=flooded inside vault at Ranch Central up to control panel.(photos taken)</=iv> Mano took pumps and motors in =/div> Feb. 3 - Thursday -26 degrees and high of -5. Lost (2) legs of the three phase power that went to the Dakota well. B=rned blend motor up. Dakota well down. Electric company came out to restore broken lines due to cold snap= Yellow Staff House at Ranch Central had a water line in south side w=ll freeze and burst. Flooded house with water. Lodge water restored and all is well. Feb. 4 - Friday -23 degrees and high of 10. Ranch Central booster pumps dried out and back on line. Reservoir out of water - Mano filled with water truck.(possible water =ine from well 4 frozen and not filling) Wendy discovered water leak in 2nd mechanical room and vault closet in=Main House. Isolated line. Mano changed out blend motor at the Dakota well and got it back up and=running. Frost free water spicket in Stables froze. Turned heat on to defrost.<=div> Kings Butane were called to come fill all propane tanks to 60% or bett=r. Immediate response. Main House boiler tripped. Set to run in manual mode. Mano checked=every 2 hours all night. Mano and Wendy found the Bullhead water valves were frozen and busted.=photos taken) AJ (Wendy's son) and Ean, (Mano's son) worked at yellow house =nd main house to pull water up from wet carpet. Feb. 5 - Saturday Main House boiler would not respond to manual operation. Program issue=.Called ECI. Main House irrigation meter blew out gasket and sprayed water and floored downstairs in the mechanical building.(photos taken) Water damage to control board that operates the HVAC system to the Mai= House. ECI tried to restore with no response from circuit board. They wil= order new board. ECI helped Mano and Wendy reset the boiler and got it working correctl=. Mano and Steve started repairs to the Bullhead water valves in order t= get water from well 4 going back up to reservoir. Feb. 6 • Sunday Maintained the ranch. No further issues. Feb. 7 - Monday Mano made connection at Bullhead water valves.(photos taken) Wendy purchased $2700 worth of parts to fix and maintain said leaks =nd be prepared for more. Feb. 8 - Tuesday Mano introduced water back up to Bullhead water valves after repairing= Mano and Steve replaced pump #5 back into pool mechanical room. Feb.9 - Wednesday Expecting 6-8 inches of new snow and temps around zero. Will dedicate the day to finding the leak at the Main House on the non=r/o cold water supply that feeds the pool. Please be reassured that all issues due to this cold snap are being =ddressed or have already been resolved. We are monitoring all locatio=s closely and are staying on top of it all.
