I believe this is the best first step. I prepared a check on Friday for $500 but my assistant has been out so it's possible it hasn't been mailed yet. I will check and see and mail it today if not. I planned to initiate the discussions regarding the salary increase the first week of September when we reconvene as a Board and have greater visibility into third quarter financials.
