THIS ONE LITTLE TRICK ABOUT TRUMP'S SCOTUS LIST - GOP senators are skeptical about Donald Trump's candidacy, but the list of conservative jurists that he released this week is going a long way toward soothing them. It looked for a minute like the amendment would pass, but then things got crazy.
