08/31/2006 was interviewed pursuant to a federal investigation regarding the sexual exploitation of minors. After being advised of the identities of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: In the spring of 2004, junior year at Lake Worth High School, she worked at Hollister in the Wellington Mall. While employed at Hollister, worked with a girl named , previously identified by the interviewing agents as , who was providing massages to Jeffery Epstein, hereafter referred to as Epstein. disclosed to that she could make some extra money by massaging Epstein. The massages may have to be provided naked; however, if Epstein asked her to take her clothes off and she didn't want to, she didn't have too. Shortly after meeting accompanied her to Epstein's residence in Palm Beach. On first visit, was taken upstairs by to Epstein's room to provide a massage. described Epstein as a really respective guy who would converse with her. was wearing shorts and a tee-shirt. Epstein walked into the room wearing only a towel. Epstein said hi to and and directed to leave the room. Epstein laid down on his stomach and began to rub his legs. Epstein asked to remove her clothing, which she was uncomfortable, so she only removed her shirt leaving her shorts, bra and underwear on. completed the massage and was paid $200.00. At one point, Epstein inquired about attending college in the future. provided Epstein with her cellular telephone number after completing the massage and before leaving the residence. estimated she returned to Epstein's residence approximately fifteen times. On the third visit, Epstein asked her to remove her clothing and she obliged. completed the massage completely naked and again was paid the standard $200.00. Each visit after, the massages became more sexual in nature and Epstein would try to go farther each time. would say "no" verbally and on occasion move his hand from areas she did not want touched. Epstein would sometimes inquire why she was stopping his advances and she told him she was uncomfortable. During one of the visits Epstein asked her to touch his penis and she told him no. At one point, Epstein touched her breast and vagina with his hand, while she was completely naked. stated that on two or three separate occasions, Epstein touched her vagina with no penetration and frequently fondled her breast. On approximately four occasions, Epstein introduced a large back massager that vibrates. described the massager as grey and white with a large handle. Epstein would place the massager directly on vagina while he masturbated. On at least two occasions, Epstein introduced his girlfriend/assistant, who would provide massages accompanying Initially, and had set up the massage room together and remained in the room. was surprised when stayed in the room and began removing her clothing. was never asked if she was okay with ■ being in the room. While all three were naked in the room, Epstein and performed sexual acts on each other. On more than one occasion, 1111 placed the massager directly on vagina. stated she was usually contacted by via cellular telephone, to set up appointments to massage Epstein. would state that they were going to be in town this weekend and would ask to come over. knew Epstein to travel frequently in his personal plane. typically worked at the Epstein residence on weekends, but had on occasion worked weekdays. On a few occasions, contacted Epstein and/or if she had an emergency. In the summer of 2005, was on her senior high school trip in Cancun, Mexico, and called Epstein because she needed some money. Epstein wired at least $200.00 to originally told Epstein she was eighteen, but on her eighteenth birthday Epstein gave her four tickets to see David Copperfield in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Epstein would frequently provide advice on bad credit, dealing with her parents, and school. On first or second visit to Epstein residence, Epstein gave her a Brazilian bathing suit that he had obtained while in Brazil. voluntarily provided SA with the bathing suit and was given an FBI FD-597, property receipt, documenting the same. Prior to this investigation, stated she reported being raped by an unnamed male and received medical treatment. acknowledged what Epstein did to her was wrong, but felt she was not forced to commit the sexual acts.
