Alan and I agree that for the same reasons use agreements are in place with respect to trust owned art, there
should be use agreements for the trust-owned residences. Currently, there are 2 residences owned by the
APO2 Declaration (through wholly owned LLCs) that would require use agreements: the bay house in
Southampton and the Miami Condo (we are closing on the sale next month and assume it will be occupied by
December). Before we put these in place, we wondered whether you wanted to discuss or give us your
thoughts. Thanks.
