Lawrence,
Courtney and I have reviewed the policies, and here is the e=ail you should send to Patrick Kenney ASAP; don't
copy us, but forw=rd it to us after you've sent it. And again, please get this o=t quickly so we can know as soon as
possible whether we need to be drafting an entire appeal, or whether we just need you to say="I'm appealing."
Patrick,
I have two questions. One, does my notice of appeal to=President Crow simply need to say that I am appealing,
or does it also need=to explain the grounds for my appeal? The policy seems to suggest onl= the former, but please let
me know. If it is the latter, I may need an extension of the deadline, as I am current'= on vacation out of the country, so
please let me know to whom I should dir=ct such a request. Two, I see that ABOR 6-201 entitles me to either
c=nciliation or mediation. Can you explain to me, or can you dire=t me to someone who can explain to me, the different
between those two thin=s?
