She runs a fashion photography business out of that address on the 8th floor of the building, and also lives there. She is the ex-wife of Epstein's brother, IIII, and the mother of his two children. I dated her for a few months in 2009, and was not initially aware of her connection to the Epsteins. I became aware when, one night after work, her landline phone was ringing in her apartment and she made no attempt to answer it. I rose to answer it and she stopped me, saying that something had appeared that day in Page Six about her ex and his brother, and reporters were calling her for a comment. She told me that her building is co-owned by the two Epstein brothers and that she was given her apartment in her divorce settlement. Anyway, I noticed some time later that all of the apartment doors on Joyce's floor had numeric keypad entry locks, including her own. These were not common in NYC in 2009, and I asked her why they were there. She replied that the apartments on her floor were used by Jeffrey Epstein to house his "girls" whom he had "imported" from places like Ukraine, often by promising them things like paid school tuition. She said the keypads were because of the high turnover rate with girls running off, and the brothers got tired of re- keying the locks after each departure. She said that everyone in the building, including the doormen, was aware of what was going on, especially since the girls, all young Eastern European beauties, were so obvious. I have no desire to get Joyce Anderson in any trouble; she seemed like a nice person. I don't think she was involved at all in what Jeffrey Epstein was doing.
