Section 2: Following the annual General Meeting of the Board of Directors, the Chairman may appoint temporary Committees as may be required properly to conduct the business of the Corporation. ARTICLE X AMENDMENT. OF ARTICLES These Articles may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members comprising the membership.
