That would be $5,935,000, plus $3,000 which is one half of the escrow fee and another $2,000 to cover the costs of International Registry recordation. If so, I will tell Rich and at the same time instruct the old Escrow Agent to send us back our $350,000 Deposit. We did not yet pull that deposit because I did not want to be in technical breach of Purchase Agreement. Once we wire to full amount to the new Escrow Agent, I will pull back the $350,000. I wanted to get this drafted as soon as possible so I have not driven in to the office yet. I will await Jeffrey's response before I leave the house in case I have to make any revisions.
