They have already purchased a site in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Seoul that is also known as a high end arts district and are already in the process of securing major arts acquisitions and commissions for this project. * The Client / Meeting Attendees: Ms Chung - She is the key principal of the project and is the daughter of the Shinscgae Chairwoman, who is the head of the clan. Mr. Hyeuk-Goo Kweon - project manager Ms. Soo-Yeon Wee - project manager Mr. Danny Rhee - Ms Chung's translator In terms of meeting agenda, they are really interested in learning about Core and your expertise in building and serving such a prestigious, "high touch" membership base. Ms Chung is a bit of a visionary and sees wellness as a way of life that incorporates learning, engagement, arts and culture. That is the paradigm she would like to create with the building. I think the target member psychographic is very similar to yours. As Ms Chung is not comfortable speaking English the meeting will be in Korean-English. The translation tends to slow things up so I would reserve about 2 hours for this meeting if you can. Let me know if you'd like to discuss further over the phone.
