was not sure if you were going to put up your 4m in cash, or somehow have an arrangment with the bank. I
would just like to know if you envision the sale price o be 14 on the contract or 18. . terje will need to borrow
the 10m so I am arranging , your rules and regs re home purchase are different from ours. hope you are

Our EGM is late april and we can only act on the offering after this I think.
The bank will stick to 18 for sure; and I hope not higher.
